Month of Coordination: Our month of coordination is a package is for those couples who find themselves needing a little extra help the month before the wedding. This would still fall within the category of DIY planning. Coverage begins the month before your wedding with any last-minute planning needs. This package allows for 30 days of coverage prior to the wedding to assist with any final tasks and planning needs.

Partial Planning: Sometimes during the planning process you start with the intention of doing the entire planning side of the wedding yourself, but life throws you a curveball. Full-Service Coordination: This is for the couple that is just starting their planning journey and wants help every step of the aisle. Our role is to help you find the venue and vendors, and handle budget management. My team is available to you when support is needed via your planning portal. I will attend all meetings with your vendors and handle all design of the event. Help to answer any questions about the wedding. My team is there to support you every step towards the aisle.

The Full Service Coordination Package Includes:

• Sourcing and securing a venue

• sourcing and securing vendors and attending all vendor appointments, phone calls or virtual chats

• Creating a custom timeline for your entire wedding day as well as a timeline of the process

• Vendor Management - on the day of the wedding and the entire planning process

• Set up/ Tear Down all decor and rentals

• Leading a Full Rehearsal (before the wedding)

• Guest management - help guests find their seats, answer any questions, book hotel room blocks, assist with collecting final R.S.V.P’s

• Full event design - present a full design plan, work with florist, lighting, drapery, and other vendors to bring the vision to life
