Day of Coordination: Our month of coordination is a package that I put together for those couples who find themselves needing a little extra help the month before the wedding. This would still fall within the category of DIY planning but I would be more than just a day of coordinator. I would help you the full month before the event with any last-minute planning needs. Many of the same tasks of the day of the package will be included in this but the big difference here is the length of time my services will be rendered one week before the event date.

Partial Planning: Sometimes during the planning process you start with the intention of doing the entire planning side of the wedding yourself, but life throws you a curveball. Maybe you don’t realize how many details go into planning. Or you just want a professional to help make sure all of the details you have planned come together smoothly. Full-Service Coordination: This is for the couple that is just starting their planning journey and wants help every to the aisle. Our role is to help you find the venue, and vendors, and handle budget management. I am available to you any hour between 8 am-8 pm Monday through Friday and there is no limit on the amount of time we work together. I will attend all meetings with your vendors, and handle all design of the event. Help to answer any questions about the wedding and by the end of the planning process, we are more like close friends that have spent a year together planning the most important day of your life. I am your hype woman, assistant, and friendor ( Vendor Friend).

The Full Service Coordination Package Includes:

Help to find your venue
Help to book all vendors and attend all vendor appointments, phone calls or virtual chats
Creating a custom timeline for your entire wedding day as well as a timeline of the process
Vendor Management - on the day of the wedding and the entire planning process
Set up/ Tear Down all decor and rentals
Leading a Full Rehearsal (before the wedding)
Guest management - help guests find their seats, answer any questions, book hotel room blocks, assist with collecting final R.S.V.P’s
Full event design - present a full design plan, work with florist, lighting, drapery, and other vendors to bring the vision to life
Start working together typically 1 year before the event or when the planning for your wedding begins
Handle all logistics and support along the way
